As our culture becomes more sedentary due to increased workloads and longer hours, we’ve seen stress levels increase and nutrition suffer. Balanced Wellness was created to help members of our community address these challenges by providing a realistic approach to enhancing their well-being.
Balanced Wellness services include fitness and wellness coaching, stress management training and community workshops. Our services are delivered in a systematic approach, which promotes retention by consistent application of the concepts and methods delivered in coaching sessions.
Our coaching involves taking a full assessment of you, then create and implement a plan to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.
The Balanced Wellness Coaches are certified professionals devoted to helping each contact achieve well-being in body, mind, and spirit. Our Coaches are focused on educating and coaching you to a lifestyle change that will result multiple benefits.
