Paul's Bio:

Paul has been interested in fitness since his days as a chubby pre-teen and teenager. He used to lift weights with the intention of turning his baby fat into muscle, then he realized hard work and a plan can reap amazing physical and mental benefits.

As time went on, Paul connected with others that were battling the same obstacles he had when he was overweight. He knew he could help them achieve physical and mental well-being so he earned his Personal Training certification to get a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient fitness programs for others.

After gaining more experience as a Personal Trainer, he came to realize that well-being and health was so much more than people doing exercises for a specific amount of sets and repetitions. To truly achieve well-being, Paul believes you have to make lifestyle changes that are conducive to health and well-being.

When people start working out, they want results instantly, so they go forward with a full head of steam and usually burn out within several months. After working at various health facilities and seeing members start with the best intentions and fizzle, he knew he had to teach his clients how to truly be successful in and out of the gym.

As a Fitness Coach and Owner of his own Wellness Business, he gets the opportunity to use fitness to help others get their lives back. When we take care of the body, it lays the groundwork for taking care of the mind and of the spirit.

"Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states." -Carol Welch

Adam’s Bio:

Adam teaches "moving meditation" and the art of Tai Chi. His teaching style appeals to people of all ages, for both beginners and advanced. For several years Adam has been enjoying a healthy lifestyle including yoga, martial arts, and meditation.

Adam is a Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Tai Chi instructor. He has lived a holistic lifestyle for decades and studies ways to coach others to regain balance and wellness. He believes giving the body and brain optimum amounts of *absorbable* nutrients is the first and most important step to regaining health. Many vitamins and minerals are flushed right out of the system because they're not "reacted" minerals or bio-available vitamins. Food-based supplements are often superior because the plant's roots convert minerals such as magnesium and others into a readily available form.

Wellness coaching, gentle exercise and moving meditation are a big part of Adam's practice. He firmly believes that the "massage" of tai chi and yoga - moving around on your feet, stretching, and stimulating pressure points - is very effective for helping achieve balance and vitality. Many of these ancient exercises can be just as beneficial as getting a massage treatment.

Once you learn self-care techniques you save a lot of expenses.

Mike’s Bio:

Processing and Integration Coach

Michael has been studying in the wellness field for over 30 years. From the time he read his first book on Yoga in 1980, to his recent two-year intensive education in Regression therapy, Michael has made it a lifetime goal to help others find their true selves through the use of various modalities.

While learning various modalities and achieving multiple certifications, Michael realized that people have to process and integrate various trainings to achieve fitness and wellness success. Michael's belief is that the processing and integration of any work you do in your quest for well-being, is as important as the work itself.

Processing and Integration is an effective way to look at what you've accomplished on your journey to well-being, then incorporate alternative modalities to increase the efficacy of your fitness and wellness regimen.

Michael has extensive knowledge and techniques to get you to your highest level of well-being. Studies and certifications include: Reiki, Rebirthing, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Message Therapy, Personal Training, and Meditation.

Michael's quote to others is "never do to get, do to become, when you become, you will receive." He believes when you live this way, everything is important.
