NeWellness includes strength training, yoga, stress management training, and activity planning to help you incorporate wellness into your lifestyle.

There are too many fad diets and workout programs that produce short term results, but don’t instill accountability and consistency to help people maintain their achievements and soar to new heights.
- Community Fitness Sessions: (Limited to 10 people per session) If you have limited time for fitness activity, or would like support on your journey to well-being, participate in a group session. You have the option of working with others that have the same fitness level and goals as you. This is an ideal way for friends, couples, and co-workers to get fit and healthy together. Half of the proceeds from the group training sessions will be donated to a locate non-profit. Each participant will be doing good for themselves and for others. (Sessions are 60 minutes)
- Awakening – A 12 week body, mind, and spirit experience: The Awakening program is designed to help transform your body and mind, and have you looking and feeling better than you ever have. The program includes individual coaching, small group coaching sessions, yoga, nutrition supplementation, and mindfulness exercises. We’ve created this unique experience and recruited the best wellness professionals to help with this program. Wake up to health and well-being.
