Wellness Coaching:

A Wellness Coach engages, educates, influences, and motivates others to pursue their unique health and wellness goals.

Coaching facilitates behavior change and helps others take charge of their challenges in personally tailored ways, ultimately leading them towards happier, healthier and more productive lives.

Coaching Sessions – Coaches conduct assessments to determine the best methods to help each person accomplish their goals.  Results of the assessments help us create a customized plan that will build a sound, functional body.  Nutritional counseling and supplementation is included to ensure that each participant has the proper nutrients and aids to help them on their road to balanced wellness.

Corporate Workshops:

Corporate workshops consist of educational seminars and small group exercise classes to help employees achieve health and well-being.  The best way to reduce health insurance rates is to get your employees healthy and active.  Our corporate workshops are 30 or 60 minutes in length and sessions and topics range from group exercise classes, yoga, tai chi, and meditation breaks. Corporate workshops topics range from nutrition and cooking lessons for the busy professional to basic meditation techniques to help employees get a better handle on stress.

Community Outreach:

Balanced Wellness coordinates charity fitness events that get communities active and contributing to local non-profits.  The events raise money and create awareness for local non-profit organizations that focus on fitness, health, education, and empowerment.
